Solicitor (Residential Property Law)

Rumana Shabir is a Solicitor in our Residential Property Law, Commercial Property Law and Wills and Probate department and she joined Mascot Solicitors following her qualifying as a solicitor and experience gained in the above areas of law at another firm as a Trainee Solicitor.

Rumana completed her LLB in Law from University of London International Students and her LPC from the University of Westminster.

Rumana has a keen interest and passion in working in both our Property department (Residential and Commercial) and our Wills and Probate department. Her residential and commercial transaction expertise includes sales, purchases, re-mortgages, transfer of equity and residential lease extensions grant of commercial property leases and assignments.  She has also developed expertise in Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney and Probate matters.

At her spare time, Rumana enjoys spending time with her family and friends, shopping, dining out and travelling.
