Managing Director

Frank is the Managing Director of Mascot Solicitors with overall responsibility for the day-to-day management of the firm and for ensuring high levels of client satisfaction. In line with the firm’s business strategy, Frank is committed to facilitating the further development of Mascot Solicitors to ensure clients have access to the expert legal advice that they need.

Mascot Solicitors is committed to ensuring excellent high quality service standards which include the provision of clear and prompt legal advice. In addition to his managerial and business development responsibilities, Frank also offers a high-level business consultancy service for company and commercial clients who are looking to develop and grow their own enterprises.

Frank prides himself as being easily approachable, engaging and caring. His clients have praised him for his innovative techniques and for going the extra mile to ensure a positive result. Each case is unique and has its own complications and he enjoys problem solving and the desire to achieve a positive solution where possible.

His litigation background has been invaluable in helping to deal with many disputes that often arise in property/business transactions and to prevent problems arising in the first place. He provides expert legal advice in a range of complex civil litigation cases, contentious probate including those with elements of foreign assets.

He is expert in will drafting and often assists in the administration of a deceased person’s estate where UK or foreign properties are involved.

He is also a successful family solicitor, helping families settle their differences amicably and enable child custody and contact arrangements. He has dealt with complex financial remedy cases that have cross border matrimonial assets which may involve millions of pounds. Frank can guide you through the complete process, providing cost-effective legal advice you can trust.

Frank has extensive knowledge of immigration law, his expertise includes Entry Clearance Applications; Leave to Remain (Articles 3 & 8 including Appendix FM); Indefinite Leave to Remain (including exceptional cases outside of the immigration rules); Complex Deportation; Asylum (initial and appeal stage); Bail and Appeals before the First Tier Tribunal, the Upper Tribunal and Court of Appeal. He also advises corporate businesses in acquiring their sponsorship certificates, assisting foreign national who wants to work or study in the UK.

His background as a graduate in Law and Sociology enables him to understand his client’s needs. His high level of devotion coupled with his keen desire to succeed enables him to achieve high standards and the best results for his clients.

Frank enjoys family time with his wife and children. He loves travelling, playing football on some Saturdays and assisting his church in providing pastoral care to communities.
